Guy J. Matricciani, Sr., Chairman of the Board, heads up The Matricciani Company with a degree from Loyola College and sixty+ years of experience in the utility construction industry. “Mr. Guy” lends his wisdom and guidance to the daily operations of the company. Aside from his responsibilities to the business, Mr. Guy is also heavily involved with charitable organizations in and around Maryland. A founding member of the Associated Utility Contractors of Mary­land, Guy Matricciani, Sr. served on the Board of Directors consecutively for 24 years and was President for six. He also served on the Board of Directors for the National Utility Contractors Association.

Guy Matricciani, Jr., President, manages The Matricciani Company’s operations as a whole. His 20 plus years of on hand field work and managing people play a vital role in the company's success with employees and clients.

Jerry Nicholson, Vice President, started with The Matricciani Company in 1980 as a pipe foreman and was subsequently promoted to his current position in 2001. Prior to his employment with the company, Jerry spent more than 10 years working for local engineering firms as a construction manager gaining a breadth of knowledge that he applies to every job under his direction.
